Delta Cooling Towers, Inc. designed and fabricated (1) One 7’-0” Diameter x 24’-6” high air stripping tower to treat potable water at the Well #1 Pump Station Water Treatment Plant in Danvers, MA. The air stripper shell was fabricated from Aluminum and lined with an NSF Epoxy. The tower was supplied with a centrifugal blower designed to produce 18,720cfm at 4.5” w.c. The blower is rated at 20hp, and was supplied with an air filter assembly and intake louver to prevent the entry of contaminants into the air stripper. Delta also designed and fabricated the OSHA ladder and platform assemblies for ease of periodic inspection of the tower internals and packing media.

Delta Cooling Towers, Inc. designed and fabricated a 10’-0” Diameter x 30’-6” high air stripping tower to treat potable water at the Water Treatment Facility for The Shrewsbury Water Department in Shrewsbury, MA. This tower was installed as the First Phase of the replacement of two existing towers at this facility. The air stripper shell was fabricated from Stainless Steel. The tower was supplied with a centrifugal blower designed to produce 4,180cfm at 5.0” w.c. The blower was rated at 5.0hp, and was supplied with air filter assemblies and intake louvers to prevent the entry of contaminants into the air stripper. All of the tower internals were factory installed by Delta simplifying the installation process. The media was installed at our factory prior to shipment to minimize the installation time.

The air stripper shells were fabricated from Aluminum and lined with an NSF Epoxy. The Well #2/3 tower was supplied with a 7.5hp blower rated for 6,020cfm @ 4.1” W.C. The Well #5 tower was supplied with a 50hp blower rated for 23,400cfm at 9.0” W.C. The blowers were supplied with air filter assemblies and intake louvers to prevent the entry of contaminants into the air strippers. All of the tower internals were factory installed by Delta simplifying the installation process. Delta also designed and fabricated the OSHA ladder and platform assemblies for ease of periodic inspection of the tower internals and packing media.

We designed and fabricated (1) one additional 10’-0” Diameter x 30’-6” high air stripping tower to treat potable water at the Water Treatment Plant in Stuart, FL. The air stripper shell was fabricated from NSF Approved FRP. The tower was supplied with a centrifugal blower designed to produce 16,000cfm at 4.0” w.c. The blower is rated at 20hp, and was supplied with air filter assemblies and intake louvers to prevent the entry of contaminants into the air stripper. All of the tower internals were factory installed by Delta simplifying the installation process. Delta also supplied the Packaged Chemical Cleaning System pictured above.

All of the tower internals were factory installed by Delta simplifying the installation process. Delta also designed and fabricated the OSHA compliant ladder and platform assemblies to facilitate the periodic inspection of the tower internals and packing media.

Delta Cooling Towers, Inc. was contracted by the owner to treat multiple VOC’s in a flow stream of 240 gpm at their recycling plant in Illinois. Delta designed, fabricated, and delivered (2) two 4’-0” Diameter x 35’-0” high air stripping towers to treat the contaminated water. Each tower contains 25’-0” of Delta-Pak® structured packing. The towers were supplied with centrifugal blowers designed to produce 2,600cfm at 2.75” w.c. The blowers are rated at 7.5hp each, and installed in a blower building adjacent to the towers. All of the tower internals were factory installed by Delta to expedite the installation process.

All of the tower internals were factory installed by Delta to expedite the installation process. Delta also designed and fabricated the OSHA ladder and platform assemblies for ease of periodic inspection of the tower internals and packing media.

(2) Two 9’-0” Diameter x 40’-0” high air stripping towers were designed and fabricated by Delta Cooling Towers, Inc. to treat TCE contaminated water at the Cessna Aircraft Company’s factory in Wichita, KS. Each tower was supplied with a centrifugal blower was designed to produce 8,500cfm at 4.25”w.c. The blowers are rated at 20hp each, and were supplied with air intake screens to prevent the entry of contaminants into the air stripper. All of the tower internals were factory installed by Delta in our factory prior to shipment to expedite the installation process.
